• Elevator modernization work will commence on April 22, 2024, and continue through April 30, 2025.
• Work will be limited to Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Each elevator will take approximately 13 weeks to modernize.
• Each tower has four elevators, and only one elevator will be out of order at a time. Therefore, throughout this project, there should be three remaining elevators in each tower in operation for use by owners and guests.
6th Floor Recreation Deck Restroom Renovation
- Please be advised that Aston at the Waikiki Banyan has immediately closed the 6th floor recreation deck facilities for an upcoming renovation project commencing on Monday, April 7, 2025-June 30, 2026.
- Work will be limited to Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Noise from this renovation project, including concrete drilling and spalling of the deck, is expected.
